Ari Choudhury, MA, RP(Q)

Arshiya is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University and her undergraduate degree in neuroscience and psychology from University of Toronto.

Arshiya started her career in behavioral therapy, fostering the development of functional skills and emotional development in children, youth and adults with developmental disorders. Since then, she has found a passion working with youth and young adults with a variety of psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders and cultural challenges.

Cecile Barington, M.Ed

Cecile is a therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She has an undergraduate degree from McGill University in Organizational Psychology. Cecile has over 20 years experience as a therapist working with individuals and couples.

As an individual who practices mindfulness to better herself, Cecile enjoys sharing her mindfulness techniques with clients to create daily self-care strategies. Cecile’s also passionate in helping clients overcome issues relating to fertility, stress management, self esteem, work and life stressors, life transitions, relationship issues and communication skills.

Elizabeth Beiderman, M.Ed, RP

Elizabeth is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a Canadian Certified Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds an M.Ed. in counselling from Acadia University and a BA in Psychology from Concordia University.

Currently, some of her specialties include issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, challenging life transitions, grief and loss, low self-esteem, trauma, and chronic pain and injury.

Faith Sundaralingam, MSW, RSW

Faith is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and a graduate of Ryerson University. Currently she holds both a Masters of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work degree.

Faith has over 6 years of experience in working with a diverse population of people from different backgrounds, ages, and life experience. She is understanding, empathetic, non-judgmental and fosters a positive environment for clients to feel reassured in their healing process.

Glenn Harsch, MA, RP(Q)

Glenn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a Masters in Counseling and Taylor University with a Bachelors in Psychology. He is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor with North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor for Texas.

Glenn has over 30 years of experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, social/relational issues, identity issues, meaning and purpose, substance abuse, online addictions, and TCK/TCA issues.  

He strives to create a safe atmosphere where people feel supported to live authentically, restore that which has been covered up by life over time. and recover that which may have been lost. Having lived and worked in numerous places around the world Glenn also offers a unique global perspective.

Gowry Ratnam, BA

Gowry is our Quality Assurance Supervisor and has been a part of our KMA team for the last 10 years.  Gowry is one of the first people you will meet at KMA. She’s extremely friendly and enjoys interacting with clients to help facilitate a splendid experience.

Gowry holds a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.  Her interest in Psychology and her dedication to Client Care are key reasons why she enjoys her role as KMA.

Julieta Melano Zittermann, BA, RP(Q)

Julieta is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life.

Kathy Avayianos Adetuyi, MA, BSW, RSW

Kathy is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and a member of the Canadian Association of Social Workers. She currently holds a Bachelor of Social Work from York University and an Honours, Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

With over 20 years of experience, Kathy’s services are informed by the modalities of Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and delivered through a strengths-based lens. As a woman of colour and multi-ethnic background, Kathy also brings with her a culturally sensitive approach and a passion for anti-oppressive work.

Kimberly Moffit, MMT, BA

Kimberly is the founder of KMA Therapy and one of Canada's most experienced media relationship experts.

She received her doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology in 2015 at Middlesex University, where her doctoral research studied the emotional psychology of entrepreneurs. She also has a Masters Degree in Music Therapy from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Guelph.

She is passionate about relationships - from early relationships to dating, couples, and marriage and has worked with a diverse range of clients in all stages of relationships. She also has a passion for working with entrepreneurs in all stages of their ventures.

Liana Danese, MA, RP

Liana Danese is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University and her undergraduate degree in thanatology and psychology from Western University.

Liana has 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She is a dedicated Clinical Therapist who is passionate about helping clients to gain the skills necessary to become the person they are striving to be. She uses a gentle and compassionate approach while incorporating current psychoeducation derived from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Liana is well-versed working with adults with a variety of psychological issues such as grief, trauma, substance use, self-worth, shame-based thinking, self-love, self-esteem, body image, searching for purpose and meaning, and much more.

Myra Batalvi, MA, M.Ed, RP

Myra is an experienced individual and couples Registered Psychotherapist who holds a double Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Columbia University.  Myra has an open-hearted and goal-oriented approach to therapy. She brings to her therapeutic container life experience with changing career paths, as well as with bi-cultural families and issues of diversity and identity. Her specialities include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, familial conflict, childhood traumas, building resilience and self-esteem, and life transitions (including career, academic and relational).

Naived Thaker, MA, RP(Q)

Naived is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from York University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Naived practices individual therapy and strongly believes that trust is a key factor in building productive relationships with his clients. Robin Shereck, MSW, RSW

Robin is a social worker registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). Robin has earned her Master of Social Work from UofT with a specialization in mental health.


Robin has 8 years of experience in community, hospital, and private settings supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, emotion dysregulation/suicidal ideation, and substance use/addiction. Robin’s approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and employs multiple theoretical frameworks to best suit your needs. Robin's approach aims to bring honesty, empathy, creativity, and humour into her sessions. She prioritizes establishing a foundation of trust and rapport, with an emphasis on genuine connections and transparent communication. Robin aims to help clients develop new narratives, coping skills, and ways of thinking to break the cycle of unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Romana Hrivnakova, MA, RP(Q)

Romana is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Romana has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling.

Romana’s also completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Bournemouth and Poole College in the United Kingdom. Romana has over 12 years of experience working as a mental health professional.

Romana’s also keen on helping clients overcome problems relating to depression, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, identity issues, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.

Sara Adams, MSW, RSW

Sara is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Currently, she holds a MSW from Ryerson University, BSW from the University of Regina and a BA in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan.


Sara has over 7 years of experience in working with a diverse population of people from different backgrounds, ages, and life experience. She has extensive experience working with mindfulness, anxiety, depression and life/ relationship issues. Sara practices CBT blending Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness to create a person centered experience truly meeting people where they are in their journey.

Tre Reid, BA

Tre is a currently our rockstar recruiter for the KMA Team! With over 10 years of experience in team management, recruiting, and client service, Tre brings some really unique experience to the team.

As a podcast host and entrepreneur, he’s learned to utilize both creativity and charisma to help remove walls between employer and employee, while creating a space for transparency and authenticity.

Zainab is a Counsellor at KMA Therapy with a Masters degree in Psychological Counselling, specializing in Marriage and Family therapies. Zainab has had 10 years of experience in counselling with Adults, Couples, Parents & Children.

She strongly believes every client should be treated with empathy to establish a good rapport to bring about healthy changes. Arshiya is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University and her undergraduate degree in neuroscience and psychology from University of Toronto. Cecile Barington, M.Ed

Cecile is a therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She has an undergraduate degree from McGill University in Organizational Psychology and is a member with the Canadian Counselling Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Cecile has over 20 years experience as a therapist working with individuals and couples. As an individual who practises mindfulness to better herself, Cecile enjoys sharing her mindfulness techniques with clients to create daily self-care strategies.
