As a Toronto-based relationship therapist and expert, she offers a fun yet informed psychological perspective on relationships, and provides practical advice for families, parenting, and psychological topics. Kimberly is a regular speaker for Queen's University's MBA and Women in Leadership Programs and a frequent lecturer at the University of Waterloo. Her appearances focus on how to improve relationships, finding inner confidence, embracing entrepreneurship, and cognitive-behavioural strategies to dating and marriage. Kimberly has been profiled from both universities from which she has graduated for her outstanding achievement in the entrpreneurship and psychotherapy fields. Most people recognize Kimberly from her regular psychology and relationship appearances on CTV's Canada AM. Kimberly's psychotherapy practice focuses on individuals and couples - and her philosophy, though evidence based, is rooted in existential phenomenology. She is in her sixth and final year of her doctoral dissertation, which studies the emotional psychology of entrepreneurs. Prior to her doctoral studies, Kimberly also achieved a Master's of Music Therapy degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Guelph. Kimberly has been in the media from a young age. Before achieving her status as a Canadian Psychotherapist and spokesperson, Kimberly was a professional musician since the age of 17. She is a classically trained musician in both piano and voice and has toured with professional musical theatre groups including the Drayton Festival Theatre. Many people don't know this, but at the ages of 17-20 she was also a member of the 3-girl pop trio, Untamed, a Canadian girl group that was featured on radio stations across Canada including Kiss 92 FM, MUCH Music, and YTV's Hit List. Kimberly Moffit is Canada's favourite media relationship expert. She has been giving lighthearted and charismatic relationship advice on TV since 2009, in addition to running one of Canada's most successful therapy practices, KMA Therapy.

She achieved her doctoral degree in Psychology from Middlesex University in 2015. Prior to her doctoral studies, Kimberly also achieved a Master's of Music Therapy degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Guelph.

Kimberly's Youtube Channel, "Ask Kimberly," has amassed over 40 million views and 550,000 subscribers and continues to grow at a rapid pace. In her signature cheeky-yet-informative voice, Kimberly offers bite-size tips on dating and relationships, and the compact format has struck a chord with young audiences all over the world.

Her own practice as a relationship therapist focused on counselling individuals and couples in their relationships, including trust issues, dating, marriage, parenting, confidence, work-life balance and finding love.
